Join The Fight To Save Barrabool - One Of Australia's Iconic Motocross Tracks!

One of Australia’s foremost Motocross tracks - McAdamPark – is facing a monumental challenge that is threatening its very existence.

The land on which the Park is built is currently up for sale, and must be purchased by a ‘motocross friendly’ group if it has any hope of remaining open.

In response, the Sporting Motorcycle Club (SMCC) who currently run the facility, have put together an incredible fundraising campaign to try and save their beloved track.

Honda Australia fully supports SMCC’s activities, and is calling on other representatives within the industry to do the same.

The Park has not only played host to some of Honda’s top riders including Craig Anderson, local hero Troy Dorron, Cody Cooper and many more, but it has also staged many premier motocross events including:

• Consecutive rounds of the legendary ADB Thumper Nats series from 1996 to 2001. (Twice winner of best round)
• Australian Motocross Championships in 2004, 2006
• Multiple Victorian and Australian Championships.
• Ride 4 Kids annual charity fundraiser (over $50,000 raised each year)
• Oceania Motocross Championships, November 2005
• Individuals and companies both can do their bit to help by buying a tile on the "BIG PICTURE" Wall.

The "BIG PICTURE" campaign is about realising dreams. The wall itself features the McAdamPark logo made up of 10,000 tiles which anyone can buy and have their name inscribed on forever. But the campaign is also all about saving Barrabool - the SMCC’s home track for the last 42 years, and a chance to prevent one of Australia's iconic tracks being lost forever!
