Teknic Honda Record First Worldwide Win For New CBR1000RR - 21/04/2008
The Teknic Honda team achieved the manufacturer’s first international round win for the all-new CBR1000RR upon its debut after star rider Glenn Allerton piloted the bike to a perfect points score at Mallala’s round two of the Australian Superbike Championships on Sunday.

Allerton had little trouble amassing full points at the South Australian circuit after securing pole position with a record qualifying time of 1:05.773.

He followed that up with a flawless performance including three holeshots, (race one was red flagged and restarted) followed by two wins.

Honda Juniors To Kick Off At MRRDA Series This Week - 09/04/2008
The 2008 MRRDA (Motorcycling Road Race Development Association) kicks off this weekend, and the competition is shaping up to be outstanding with more juniors and 125GP/ Moriwaki 250 riders than originally expected signed up and ready to go.

The Honda CBR150 Junior class will see competitors front up to fight for three major prizes including a trip to France and the Red Bull Rookies Cup Trials, a trip to Japan to compete in the ASEAN Cup courtesy of Honda, and a spot on a Honda backed Moriwaki 250 for 2009.

CBR150s On Show At World Supers - 24/01/2008
For the second year running, Honda’s smallest production road racer – the CBR150R – can be seen in action at the Phillip Island round of World Superbikes on March 1-2.

Honda riders Adrian Di Giandomenico, Chris Picket and Adrian Netrovic, as well as a number of other young riders will join in the scheduled on-track demonstrations, and will have their bikes on display in the support paddocks throughout the festivities.
